Join Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Postpartum Doula, Sara Morse for a Baby Sleep Circle. Sara is the Founder of Not a Peep Sleep Consulting and Postpartum Support Services located in the Hudson Valley. This session will focus primarily on setting the stage for sleep, sleepy cues, wake windows and additional information on baby sleep. There will be plenty of time for questions, concerns and feedback. This session will take place virtually February 18th from 10-11am.
