The Village of Wappingers Falls Recreation Department is so excited to invite you to this year's Halloween festival and parade. It will be a day of spooky celebration at the Village of Wappingers Falls. We'll be kicking off the festivities right after the parade at Mesier Park where there will be Trunk or Treat, music, food, vendors and games.
