We offer a variety of enrichment programs that inspire kids (and adults) to be BIG and BRAVE! Our flag football programs (The Pigskin Prince/Princess Project) for boys ages 3-6, and girls ages 3-11 teaches the fundamentals of flag football through exciting drills and agility exercises. The Brave Project, our self-awareness, safety program for middle school and high school aged girls, is offered at various locations throughout Dutchess.
We also provide empowering workshops on various topics to Girl Scout troops throughout the Hudson Valley.
