Celebrating 30 years of Irish heritage and 150 years of our Wappinger community, the 2025 Dutchess County St. Patrick’s Parade is sure to be one to remember! Parade line up at 12 pm, 1 pm step off.

Kick-off St. Patrick's Day celebrations with a dash of fun and a whole lot of Irish cheer.

March 8
☘️ Beacon's St. Patrick's Day Parade of Green
Join us for our 10th Anniversary St. Patrick's Day Parade of Green! It starts at 12pm and goes from 9D to the dummy light!! See you there!!!

Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day with us! Make a trap to catch that tricky prankster -- and more!  Don't forget to wear some GREEN!!

Our annual week-long St. Patrick's Day celebration is back! We’ve got a whole week of festivities lined up ☘️ Enjoy drink specials, grab a bite from the St. Patrick’s Day menu and treat yourself to live Irish music!

Painters of all ages and abilities are invited to come paint and celebrate at the Fishkill Recreation Center.

☘️ St. Patrick's Day Celebration with The Carrie Zazz Band, Hopewell
Get ready to shamROCK & ROLL with The Carrie Zazz Band for our St. Patrick's Day celebration featuring a delicious festive buffet!

‘Foot stomping’, ‘high energy’ badassery is what you’re in for when you see this musical powerhouse live in concert.

☘️ Celtic Harp Concert
Experience the instrument that is the very symbol of Ireland: the Celtic harp! Candace L. Coates brings to life the vibrant history of this ancient instrument. From robust, bell-like tones to delicate, ringing melodies, experience the magic of Ireland's musical soul.

☘️ St. Patrick's Day Tunes and All Things Irish: Cello Concert with Alex Prizgintas
The unique sound of Alex Prizgintas’ electrified cello includes reels and jigs along with gigues and traditional Irish tunes.

Cavallaro Children's Program Room (Second Floor) at Adriance Memorial Library.

March 22
☘️ The Leprechaun Gold Hunt

While wandering through Dutchess County on St. Patrick's Day, the Leprechaun had a little mishap when his bag snagged on a tree branch, spilling his precious gold across one of the parks in our community. Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 10am (rain date 3/23), and come to the designated park to embark on a quest for the Leprechaun's treasure. Any gold you find is yours to take home as a keepsake!

Some of the gold will feature painted shamrocks. Turn in a piece of gold with a shamrock for a prize from our amazing sponsors and supporters (prizes listed below!)

The specific park location will be announced at 10am on the day of the event via our newsletter. Don’t forget to subscribe to our weekly newsletter to get the email with the park details!

We will be there from 10am until all of the prizes are claimed!
Please only one shamrock prize per family!
