"I'm working....I'm busy...." has been the mantra of the last few days for my little man.  He has discovered a love for play dough and Model Magic.  Lucky for me I'm a coupon fanatic and was able to buy several multicolor tubs of Model Magic for the regular cost of one!  We now have had pizza, elephants, beans and many other wonderful creation the last few days.  I have to admit I love watching him be so creative and spending (no lie) hours playing with it every day. We even have to carry some in a baggie and take it with us.  Hey, whatever keeps him happy while mommy is shopping or preparing dinner is fine with me.

Each time I heard him tell me "I'm busy" throughout the week, I get that twinge of "oh geeze how many times do I say that for him to know the phrase and what it means?"  So my husband and I made sure to carve time out of the schedule this week for family time.  The kids first choice?... the movies. They LOVE the movies and I love having a local, nearby theatre that is so family friendly.  

We also spent a lot of time outside, but left us wonder where the heck is Spring? Even the chilly air didn't stop them from using the trampoline, ridding bikes, playing with chalk and blowing bubbles. It may have only lasted a few minutes but my kids are serious outside kids.  Rain, snow, wind they're like the mail, they will prevail and play no matter what.
