So happy the fireworks are over! The poor dog hates them and Warren has not been sleeping because someone in my neighborhood thinks it's amusing to have them go off around 2 am, EVERY NIGHT FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS.
We had a very low key Fourth which was really nice. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a BBQ and visiting with friends, I just find that with Warren being the age he is, he is into everything and all over which becomes really stressful for me. I would rather keep him home where he is comfortable and if he makes a mess so be it. Its not at a friend's house.
"Camp" starts in the few days for Nathaniel. Nothing fancy, just library programs. While I would love to send him to a traditional camp a few times a week, the budget just doesn't allow. I kind of like not being super scheduled over the summer. We can take the day as it comes and figure it out over breakfast.
