The Hudson Valley Fair is the BIGGEST fair in the Hudson Valley this Spring Bring the kids down to Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill the weekends of May 4-6, 11-12, and 18-20th. They have the same rides as those at the New York State Fair. Thrill rides include
